I worked with Cascadia Consulting and our Property Management company to implement kitchen food recycling at Amazon.com. My involvement was from the kitchen down. It was fairly turn key for us in the kitchen. I believe that this is a wonderful program for the environment, and if we can save money too, what is the down side?
