Stephanie assists public and private sector clients in identifying and implementing strategies that benefit the environment, the economy, and the community. She utilizes her strong analytical, interpersonal, and research skills to provide outreach, technical assistance, cost analysis, and action prioritization plans for local businesses and municipalities with waste prevention and resource conservation objectives. Stephanie’s outreach and education efforts have helped hundreds of businesses throughout Washington, California, and Arizona divert waste from landfills and realize cost and carbon savings. Her work builds upon her past experiences designing and implementing waste prevention, recycling, and resource conservation programs in her retail management career and as an intern for the King County Solid Waste Division. Stephanie works on sustainability projects in her community as a volunteer for Nash’s Organic Produce and Sustainable Magnolia. Stephanie holds a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Washington and is serving as Chair for the 2010-2011 Environmental Studies Alumni Advisory Board.
