Our People

Tracie has over 16 years of waste management experience including working for a waste hauler, a county government, a non-profit, and over five years with waste management consulting firms. Tracie has provided commercial sector waste assessments, green events project management, construction & demolition waste research, and recycling and waste management technical support to businesses throughout Northern California. Recent projects include AB75 reporting, recycling program analysis for San Jose International Airport, recycling technical assistance for multiple municipalities, commercial organics pilot program feasibility studies, facilitation for mandatory commercial recycling ordinance stakeholder meetings, and review of green business certification program requirements related to solid waste reduction.

Tracie has served on the California Resource Recovery Association Board of Directors since 2006 and currently is the Vice President. She is a member of the National Recycling Coalition, and the Northern California Recycling Association,. She has served the last seven years on the San Mateo Countywide Recycling Committee and as the CRRA alternate member for the Santa Clara County Technical Advisory Committee. Tracie has a BA in Environmental Science from San Jose State University. In her spare time she enjoys water skiing, hiking and playing volleyball with her family.
