WRIA 17 Project Management & Facilitation
Client: Quilcene-Snow Watershed Planning Unit (WRIA 17)
The WRIA 17 Planning Unit hired Cascadia Consulting Group, Inc. in 2006 to provide project management and facilitation services. We are working with the members of the Planning Unit as they embark on implementing their Watershed Plan and Detailed Implementation Plan. Cascadia Senior Manager Laura Blackmore designs all agendas, develops all meeting materials, creates annual work plans, facilitates Planning Unit and Steering Committee meetings, and works with members between meetings to keep the process moving forward.

I worked with Cascadia Consulting and our Property Management company to implement kitchen food recycling at Amazon.com. My involvement was from the kitchen down. It was fairly turn key for us in the kitchen. I believe that this is a wonderful program for the environment, and if we can save money too, what is the down side?
