Construction Footprint & Sustainability Guide
Client: BNBuilders
BNBuilders, a Seattle-based general contracting firm with offices in San Mateo, Portland and Missoula, partnered with Cascadia to measure the carbon footprint associated with construction projects and the company’s internal operations. The end products will provide BNB with meaningful metrics to track the firm and its projects’ footprint reductions over time. Additionally, Cascadia is finalizing the company’s sustainability practices guide, with refinements to make it more actionable and its impacts more measurable and visible to employees.

Conducting an assessment of our environmental impact allowed us to more clearly define and share our progress with guests and employees, as well as to create benchmarks and strategies for the future. Working with Cascadia Consulting on our hotel footprint was an incredibly successful experience and we are planning to continue our work with them to explore the impact of additional areas of our operation.
