Quadrant Homes (WA) Sustainability Action Plan
Client: Quadrant Homes
Cascadia teamed with British Columbia-based Sustainability Partners to assist Quadrant Homes with the development of the company’s first sustainability vision and action plan. Based on The Natural Step principles and involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the process resulted in a company-wide sustainability vision for 2025; a system map showing the flow of materials, waste, and emissions; 2015 benchmarks for priority areas; and a one-year action plan. These efforts also informed the development of Quadrant’s first corporate sustainability report in 2012.
