Water and Natural Resources

As our climate changes and population increases, water shortage and conservation of natural resources in the Northwest are real and growing challenges.

Cascadia specializes in helping multi-stakeholder groups find durable, practical solutions to water and natural resource issues.  Our objective facilitators draw upon a wealth of experience to engage stakeholders and run effective meetings and workshops.  Our seasoned researchers provide groups with the background information they need to make good decisions, and our technical writers produce plans, presentations, and reports that clearly present the results to multiple audiences.

Cascadia’s outreach specialists help clients design and implement programs to foster conservation.  On behalf of our clients, we work directly with residents and businesses to help them manage resources and give them the tools they need to train others.  We emphasize the importance of evaluating these programs to demonstrate their effectiveness and improve them over time.

Our services include:
Biodiversity Valuation Report, Office of Rwandan Tourism and National Parks
Public Engagement Strategy Development, Shared Strategy for Puget Sound
WRIA 17 Project Management & Facilitation, Quilcene-Snow Watershed Planning Unit (WRIA 17)
All through working with you, [I] have been EXTREMELY impressed with your research and knowledge of our regional area. I know it’s kind of your "thing," but NOT to have to spell it all out to a consultant is super great! You are all sharp as tacks over there and certainly know your business!
